is centrally based in St. Petersburg to handle the state of
Florida. (Certain projects out of state can be handled also).

Herman is President and sole owner of C.O.P.S., MBE (Minority
Business Enterprise) Certified, Woman Owned Company with approximately
20 employees.
To
date, C.O.P.S. has served over 4,000 clients ranging from
individuals, major corporations & the largest and most
secure government agencies.
